Just like all the other reviewers here, the brown guy at the front desk is a pain to work with and has horrible customer service. Not sure why he is still employed here because there is no logical reason to keep him at the front desk dealing with customers. Probably friends with the owner or something
Without getting into the details, I'd say my experience was similar to several other posters. The older fellow was reluctant to do any work. He really needs to work on his customer service skills. Next time around I'll go to a farther store. Won't be visiting this location again.
Old Indian Guy who sitting there is too rude and not ready to explain the prices, as they only support the whole sale. Prices are high too
Very bad experience. There was an older guy working there who was rude and very reluctant to do anything. MY scenario was simple. Picking up an online order with my ID. He asked me for the order number. I did not have my phone so i said sorry i can provide that but i have my ID and name address etc. He said i cant help you. Which is NOT true. So he just did not wanted to do his job. I insisted then he looked me up and all the info was there in front of him and he got me the order after a back and forth.. BAD EXPERIENCE. Rude... read more
