Love this Napa location. I’ve done business with them for 2 or 3 years and they’ve been nothing but professional and helpful to me. Whether it’s needing parts or even asking technical questions, they are very knowledgeable and caring with how they treat people. Shoutout to Ingrid, Stacy, Chelsea, Kris, and Kevin. 5 stars all around for these guys that constantly go above and beyond.
Their online system to add an alternate person for pickup is either just bogus, or the lady at the counter doesn't know how to use their own system. She was rude (which seems to be the trend of negative reviews here) when my wife tried to pickup parts where I specifically added her as a pickup person; claiming she wasn't added. I chose NAPA trying to support local business, but we will just use Amazon from now on. Amazon Delivery drivers are always friendly.
Went in to find something and the lady at the counter was rude and condescending. Seems that she was perfectly nice to the customer before me, but clearly had some issues with me. Will not be coming back.
