Absolutely worst customer service I have received, terrible experience by the big bald head guy on the front desk then the manager as well, she was also v rude.
I have always thought Napa was more on the expensive side, but at least they had products I needed when other places didn't. But my most recent experience will have me never calling or going to them again. Needed wheel bearing for my car, called a couple place, Ya know shopping around. Was getting quotes from places like $180, $120, $200. All reasonable prices in which id expect to pay. But napas quote? $325 per side so $650 before taxes. Out of curiosity i asked for the part number of said 325 dollar beaing only to find the... read more

Bruce and Robbie at NAPA on Kenmount Road is outstanding. I came in searching for a couple of complicated, hard-to-find parts and he went above and beyond—cross-checking, confirming fit, and making sure I had everything I needed. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to great service. This experience earned my loyalty; I’ll be buying all my auto parts from NAPA from here on out because of Bruce. Highly recommended—5/5!
