My car broke down in Gananaque as I was driving through on a long road trip. I parked in the Esso a short walk away, and the incredibly kind and helpful folks at Napa not only had the part I needed in stock, but when I said I needed to buy a wrench to install it they simply lent me their own set of socket wrenches. The guy at the counter handed it to me without taking my information or anything, saying simply, "If you don't bring this back it will really ruin my day." Well, he made my day.
