Had what I needed
I called, checked they had the part in stock. They told me they had the part in stock, drove across town for them to tell me they can't find it anywhere. What a waste of my time. Would be nice if the person on the phone actually got up to make sure they had the part in stock. It wasn't a matter of checking. I already called. Checked and it showed it was in stock on Napa's end.
Great service! The best in Abbotsford!
Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Have zero etiquette to talk to customers.
