It was my great pleasure to have Clark complete the Canadian Red Cross Professional Responder first aid course with my company in order to help out and volunteer in his community. It speaks to his character that he is willing to go this extra mile to be able to help people. My spouse shops here often and wanted me to write a review. He wanted to mention that Dan & Carisa are the most knowledgeable of the staff there and are always super friendly. They always seem to know exactly what he’s talking about even if it’s something odd or offer suggestions of what he wants isn’t available.
I ordered a part from Dan said it would arrive in about 2 days. Now it's Friday from Monday order now I am toll they can't even find the order there excuse in oh are server cashed .in the meantime my piece of equipment is not working. Very bad service not a place I would recommend.
Out of work another day because they ordered the wrong part. Can’t get into my truck without two screwdrivers and 4 minutes of patience. They asked me if I wanted the cheap one or the expensive one and I said cheap cause the truck only has maybe two years left in it. The “cheap one” didn’t fit the handle they gave me nor does it attach to the mechanism inside properly. So I bought the expensive one cause that’s the one that works for the truck.
