I have been shopping at Napa in Bridgenorth for years. Katie, Matt and both Dave’s are always going above and beyond and that’s why I don’t shop anywhere else for my parts!!

Napa has been super helpful and knowledgeable whenever I’ve needed specific parts for my car or even just when I’ve asked for some advice they’ve always been the best go to spot! Always greeted with friendly top notch customer service!
Very disappointed. My Mother went into the store with an old peice of hose for the gear oil on the boat because it was leaking. The gentleman said this the same hose and so she purchased it. ($19) So when I attempted to put it on, I assumed it would be the right hose. We'll I tried everything possible to put it on and it split so I cut a tiny bit off the end. Went to bring it back and they would not refund or give us the proper hose. I went to another shop and they had told me that the hose the gave me was not for gear oil. ... read more
