pretty pleased with NApa parts. Heads up though if you’re trying to work on a Sunday. Their hours of operation are supposed to be 9 to 5. This morning I waited outside as 9 o’clock came and went. I think they need to update their hours. It seems like they may be closed on Sundays.
They do not install new batteries
I visited the Napa auto parts store for the first time. The day before I met a Napa employee in the parking lot and asked him if I purchase wiper blades would Napa install them. He told me they absolutely would. The next day I walked into the store and spoke with a guy that said his name was Jim. He refused to help me and was very uninterested in doing so.
