Best place to get parts for your vehicle. Been coming here for years, even with my dad. The people are always helpful, if they don't have the part they will find it and order it. People are so ignorant, I see all the reviews on this store. - Time. If you bother to look at the pictures, it shows the actual store hours posted ON THE BUILDING. Don't always rely on google. - Returns. It clearly states on the receipt "NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS AND TOOLS" Honestly, I learned the hard way too. I purchased a defective battery from this location and was initially refused a refund. The assistant manager, Tomasa, was rude and unhelpful, and I only received my refund after contacting customer service. I have since filed a formal complaint because the store's actions did not appear to align with the company's stated policies.
Stay away from this location First and foremost hours of operation are wrong both on Google and the Napa website wasted 30 me to get here and find out that they are closed Then I'll wait here for an hour and sure enough I go inside to make a return that I ordered online and they told me that they cannot accept any order returns from online in store which is absolutely bogus No store has ever rejected fat that I know of except this one.....
