I came into this store looking for parts on a Saturday afternoon, I’m an older lady and really don’t know much about what i need but I’ll say Emily at Napa auto parts in Dundalk was amazing!!
They are extremely rude. The “manager” with the walker doesn’t want to help customers , i stood infront of him waiting to be helped for about 10 minutes. First , he was on his personal phone for about 3 minutes. he looked at me and said “give me a minute guy” he seemed to be very busy scrolling on his phone.. The guy next to him didn’t even acknowledge me. Once i was finally asked what i needed , he pointed and told me go over there it should be in the 2nd isle. i didn’t even know what i was looking for ! OMG !! Without a doubt the two most incompetent “parts guys” I’ve ever come across. I went in back when they first opened and dealt with a knowledgable person named Mike who said he was the Manager. Wow I went in late last week looking for a quick decent set of pads for my son’s car and this guy who is apparently the “manager” now.
