If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. I had parts I needed to return and they told me that they couldn’t because it wasn’t their part. Yet- the part is a NAPA part? Trust autozone, they’re better.
This is a business to business review. I own a car dealership, and these folks are my first call for local parts. It’s literally like the 1990s… You call, a pleasant competent person picks up the phone, tells you what do you need to know, hangs up, and then the parts arrived as promised. The correct parts. More of our country needs to do business like this. I repeat: pleasant, competent people who keep their promises and do their jobs correctly. God bless!
