Friendly service
Customer service is terrible. Return policy is bogus. Tried to return a product but was denied because I had opened the packaging discovered it was unusable (software that is no longer supported). But because the packaging is a sealed clamshell that cannot be opened without destroying the packaging the sales clerk refused to return the item.
Please note the hours on Google for Saturday are wrong. The store is open 730a-3p.
Terrible customer service. Napa’s website says they were open until 5 and allowed me to order part that was to be “ready in 30 minutes”. They closed at 3 regardless of what their website said. I drove over an hour to get the part. Napa employee argued with me when I called the next morning, saying that google was to blame. But google isn’t the entity who said the part would be ready in 30 minutes. Fix your website before blaming google… and don’t argue with and interrupt customers. Spend extra time to go to a different Napa
I love our local Napa store. The staff and always super helpful and knowledgeable. I have gone in many many times with different issues, and they have always been ready to help. I am so thankful and blessed to have this small town store in our small town. Shout out to all the guys there. Thank you for all you do. 🤘
