Stuck in 1800s, don’t accept returns
Horrible, lazy staff , they sell batteries but dont test them or even install them , but their other locations do , odd hours compared to their other locations, seems like they are just there to get payed and not actually do their job.
Car battery died on the trip up from southern PA to a wedding in Rochester. Stopped here to get a multimeter to test the battery and alternator. The cashier instead sold me a battery tester / alternator that only told me the battery was “low”. Yep, knew that. Went to return it to the cashier who knew our plight. Refused to return the item with a receipt because store policy is “no returns on electronics.” Yup, you may be right, but now you’ll never have business from my in laws in Attica or Napa’s anywhere.
