Tried to give them my business at 7:30 AM, but the deadbolt had other plans. Five minutes past opening and still closed. I’ll spend the extra 25 minutes waiting for Lordco to open; at least I know they'll actually be there. Reliability matters in this industry.

Always friendly, usually have the part you need if not they will get it. Best prices in town too
Ignorant lady working the parcel desk. Couldn't be bothered with a simple hello to greet the customer. Incredibly unhelpful and impolite. The rest of the staff weren't too far off her level of customer service either.
