Horrible customer service!!
Went in and bought front rotors and pads for my truck. As there are only part numbers on the boxes I confirmed with them verbally that I had the correct parts to complete a front end brake job. Truck is up on jacks and old brakes are removed and I have brand new NAPA front pads and REAR rotors. Had to Uber to and from a parts dealer to get the required front rotors and finish the job.
