Amazing service. I was in Rhinelander for some work and had some issues with my vehicle these guys did everything they could to help would definitely do business with them again and recommend them to anyone that enjoys amazing customer service.
Poor customer service. Last time I called I got put on hold for 20 minutes. I eventually just hung up the phone and got my part at AutoZone, because they actually helped me over the phone.
Good part's good price
I don't buy parts often. I went during lunch and there was only one person working and the phones were ringing off the hook. But he took the time to answer my questions. This big fella came in who happened to be his coworker was asked to answer the phone. I don't know if he was lazy or didn't care to help his coworker but he never got around to answering the phone. My salesman did. It was a little off putting. I would rather see teamwork and a positive work environment.
