Nicole at this store was wonderful to my boyfriend and I! We called asking for a battery check and went into the store, found out it was trash and then her and the older guy were so helpful. I’m a gal who doesn’t know anything about cars and they helped diagnose the problem immediately when I explained the situation. Having an older VW, you don’t expect much places to have parts but Nicole was right on it and ordered it in for us in the same day! New staff are not knowledgeable in the slightest. Worker had trouble finding the right part after ignoring my presence for about 15 minutes.
