customer of a dealer who i choose to use delphi parts for the warranty, however this fuel pump failed 2000 miles later and i store this vehicle and part there covering but no labor. this is the 2nd failure of this pump as a pressure sensor failed 1 week after installation. now a tow bill and the sorry excuse well we go 6 months for labor, i use the napa at my employer in Butler and get results, no denying especially in a situation where clearly this is a bad part. I had walked in Napa in new Holstein. I stood there for a good 5 minutes and was not asked if I needed help. I didn’t even see a single employee and there were four cars in the employee parking.
Guys here are the best around, always make sure their customers are well taken care of
I needed a part for my old tractor stopped at a newer parts dealer in the area they wanted 35.00 for a simple ignition part that wasn't in stock so I stopped at the new Holstien Napa and they had it in stock for 21.00 dollars from now on I will drive there first if I need parts plus very friendly parts lady.
