This store is a joke. They sold us a defective part and then over a week ago said they issued a refund. A week goes by, now the owner claims the computer didnt cycle the refund. So they said we'd have the refund this morning. Still no refund of $600. The owner replies with a message to call the 1-800 number but nobody answers or calls you back. We had a alternator we bought here and it locked up and sent shrapnel from the clutch into our fan. Destroying our fan, serpintine belt and costing us 3 times as much to get fixed. This store refunded our money for the faulty alternator or they claim they did, and its been over a week now and still no refund credited to pur card. Now we're getting the run around and still no refund. Our bank card says they don't even see where the refund was initiated from thier bank.
