My front drivers side wheel bearing went south on i75 north of Grayling. It was Saturday morning and I was on my way to Chicago. I was pretty much screwed because no repair shops were open. The man working there on there on December 7th found Will at Ideal Transmission to help me out. I bought the parts at Napa and took them and my very sick truck to Ideal and was back on the road inside of 2 hours. Thanks to Grayling Napa and Ideal Transmission!
Got stuck because truck broke, they were very in the unstucking process.
Amazing service! I live in Canada and I was on a road trip when I broke down. They were able to get me the parts I needed for my truck. They drove out 3 different times with parts as I needed them. They delivered the parts faster than a fast food restaurant can make a burger.
