Always the best price in town. Staff know what they are talking about. Can always get the part I need in a timely fashion. Wish more businesses operated like them.
Unfortunately, after being a loyal customer for 12+ years, we were extremely disappointed in recent service. We had an invoice printed up for parts, and 9 days later, we were told that the 400$ jump in price?.. " happens", and they would NOT be honoring the quoted price, that we have the invoice for..( no, not a previous 'sale' price). " Al" was an absolutely rude person on the phone to me.. was not very nice about it, AT ALL.
