Every time I come here it’s a waste of time. Back in July I bought a caliper in which I got the wrong one. Had to go back to get the correct and 9 months later it goes out. I call to inquire about a warranty return and they said to bring it in. When I got there the staff was not only very rude but not helpful at all. They refused to look me up in their system even though I know the exact date and time it was purchased.
