The lady at the counter was very nice. That was the only up, though. What NAPA doesn't offer the code reader service? Had to drive 90 miles to the closest O'Reilly to find out why my check engine light was on. This store's loss, though. Found out my air filter needed replaced and bought a new top of the line filter at O'Reilly.
While on our roadtrip the wheel bearing in our truck was damaged, we looked for mechanics but none were available to help. I decided to give it a try myself and got the parts from here. Andrea and the other workers went above and beyond to get the axle nut socket I needed. They offered any other part or tools, as well as water and access to the bathroom. We are truly grateful for their help, definitely recommend coming to this napa.
During my journey home from vacation on a Sunday we were passing through Clayton and had a trailer spring fail, this NAPA store and its owner truly came to the rescue. With all the auto parts stores in town closed, it seemed like a dead end. However, fate intervened—this NAPA owner happened to be there, working on the ceiling.
