I returned a couple of parts this morning to Napa auto parts south location the man told me that it takes up to 24 hours to get the refund but he was either misinformed or he's a liar it says on their website it takes 2 to 7 business days to refund part's really dissaponting when I called the store the first time they said it was the banks fault after some research I found out the truth from Napa's own website and called back the store where they hung up on me
I asked them to order a part last week and was told it would be there by Friday. Still not here. The female who answers the phone sometimes is rude
