Wow! We were sooo lucky to find the local ladies who run the store on Saturday. We were stranded with no brakes and no tow to be had. They made sure we had what we needed before noon closing time. They were kind and smart in their support. Love this town and Napa because of the locals.
Everyone here seems extremely unhappy. Knowledge of parts, 4/10 Way to make people feel unwelcome when walking in the door! I'll take my business elsewhere and advise others to do the same.
