Politically incorrect
Had to use this location 2 times in my life, and both times, they have gotten me out of a bind...very helpful and friendly service thanks Napa..(J.Hopper Victoria, Tx)
They had what i needed when my sons alternator went out. Nice people.
Broke down on I-10 a few miles west of town because my alternator died in my Toyota Sienna. Got towed to the Napa to see if they had parts which we could replace to get us home. They helped us find a replacement alternator in town and even assisted by helping replace it. Every employee was incredibly kind and helpful during the few hours the whole process took. Absolutely stop here if you need any automotive supplies if you're going out west on I-10!!
