Hello This my first time since I been in this store I came for a battery for my car stood in line without anyone saying I be right with you(my people) but luckily a guy from the back came out I guess he felt sorry for me and asked if I needed help and I said yes I just wish I got his name he was very nice and great customer service he put my battery on and I was good to go.
For some reason the battery in my truck gave out at the Carthage RV Park. I called to see if NAPA had a battery in stock. They did and they would deliver. In the mean time, I unhooked the old dead battery and tried to lift it out. Couldnt get enough leverage to lift it out and it was already hot and humid. Well, the delivery guy showed up quickly and picked the battery up out of the truck like it was a small bag of peanuts. I took a chance to ask if he would mind taking the old battery out of my truck and putting the new one... read more
