Me and my boyfriend went to NAPA because his car radio was not working and we weren’t sure what was wrong. Bobby assisted us and he did a great job! We explained the problem to him, he came out to the car in the freezing cold weather and messed with the fuses and the radio came back on! We are so grateful, he was very nice and explained exactly what he figured the problem was.
Napa has had the parts no one else did.
FIX THE GIANT CRATERS in your parking lot. This whole time I been blaming the car wash owners for the damn craters, they informed me this morning that is a NAPA problem. They have been getting worse and worse every year, and no attempts have been made to fill them in or anything.
