Good service, staff is knowledgeable and very helpful
Mark went above and beyond for my son and I! We needed a serpentine belt and were stranded on the side of the road. We had a friend that could go by and grab the part for us, but as luck would have it we got stranded right before 6. I called and spoke to Mark and he offered to stay at the store until our friend got there to grab the part since we were literally stranded. He saved us a tow fee! Couldn’t be happier with him and the customer service he gave us that day!!! Thanks again!!!
NAPA Lebanon is THE only parts store in this town you need!! The kids and I are always welcomed with a smile. They have unbeatable prices, and the best selection. Always willing to go out of their way to get it if they don't have it. Best advice and recommendations. The ENTIRE staff have the best attitudes, jokes and costumer service. The store is always clean and inviting, and often the door is held open for you, and parts are carried to your car if needed.
I went to the Lebanon store today, Saturday, June 7 at about 11:30 AM and there was no other customers in there and one employee upfront and I walked around and found my antifreeze I was looking for and I needed to get a water pump for my car, but AnyWho, not one person greeted me plus I stood at the front counter put my antifreeze up there for a good seven minutes or so not one person came up from the back to greet me or the one worker that was standing at the counter said nothing not a I’ll be with you in one moment, anyth... read more
