Told a 93 year old women they wouldn't change her j hook wiper blades, she went to Oreillys right up the street and they put them on in 10 seconds.
They had the parts I needed and provided friendly service.
Had a really great experience with a young man today in NAPA in Pleasant Hill, MO. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Also, he just seemed so friendly with all the customers. I definitely will be back. It was busy. Thank you for all your help!
