Was making a trip to Holiday World when I blew my serpentine belt at the rest stop on 64. Was able to get my car to limp to the parking lot. Went in and met Jason who went above and beyond to help me when I was so far from home (600 miles). He didn't have the part to put the new belt on my car, but made MANY calls to get someone to come by to help me. After awhile, he found someone who came by and got my going again. Can't thank Jason and his contact enough. Saved my trip!
I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was in the middle of a road trip from Colorado to North Carolina when I found myself in a pinch and needed a part they happened to have in stock. Not only did they get me exactly what I needed, but they also went above and beyond by lending me some tools so I could make a quick repair right there in the parking lot. Their kindness and willingness to help got me back on the road quickly. Outstanding customer service—I highly recommend them!
