If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My faith in humanity has been restored! Absolutely stellar customer service at this location. I simply cannot say enough good things about my experience here yesterday. Luke truly goes out of his way (above and beyond) to help out his customers. Such an amazing guy. This world needs more people like him in it. If only every business out there provided his level of service. Great attitude with the staff. I requested them to hold a product for me, only to discover I didn't need it. I called them anticipating them to be a bit upset with me for not showing up, and they were quite understanding. subtle, but impactful service.
Liked Napa in the past and shopped there often for various small parts. Yesterday they charged me almost $20 for a tube of Permatex Ultra Grey which is 12.99 everywhere else, including the Napa web site. I will never shop there again. Was the few extra dollars worth losing a lifetime customer, Napa?
So glad Mike and Luke are in the new store! Same great service.
