I’m not exactly AUTOMOTIVE savvy, but walking into NAPA Whitecourt It didn’t matter. A lady helped me soooo quickly and was soo awesome! What great customer service this business has!!

Nicest friendliest people in North America. They were so helpful. One of their drivers came into the gas station we were at and went back and told the owner. She immediately came over to help! No we didn’t need auto parts but we did ask for help navigating around the forest fires. They took a lot of time to advise us on the best path. We had chosen a road but she informed us that it was a very rocky and rough road so she suggested another route. After this visit to their store we had pulled over at Walmart to get lunch.
