Wow! Shopped at many Napa stores all over for the last 50 yrs always great everywhere. Dont go to the New Lexington one. Unbelievable, pulled up was going to buy a battery after picking up pizza next door. Old guy comes out yelling loud to move my car cussing and yelling what a jerk!!! Lost my business forever!!! Don't ever give your business to this NAPA but the others are great! Hopefully corporate office will act on my complaint and address this rude idiot who couldn't spell customer service let alone offer it.
Give your business to one of the other 2 auto part shops in town, they’re much more pleasant to work with! Don’t let the rude guy stop you from going to a NAPA though, the one in Thornville is amazing!
Great guys to work with. They'll do everything they can to get your part for you. And their prices are usually lower than the "big name" places. They have been locally owned and lived in New Lex for more than 60 years. I highly recommend them.
