Horrible parts store!!! Every time my husband has gone there, they always give him the wrong parts. So then we have to return them and drive all the way to Wausau to OReillys to get thr right parts. Today they wouldn't even answer the phone even tho they were open for 10 more minutes. I would avoid this store and never recommend Napa to anyone. Unacceptable service

I arrived at the store for a piece I needed for my car and there was a customer already in the store being attended to. At the end I waited more than 20 minutes and his conversation did not end the conversation. What I heard was personal, it was not about something in the store, leave those conversations alone. Outside of work I say it because of the store worker I got angry and I left and he never paid attention.
