I had to go twice due to a defective part on the first go-round (not the fault of the store). The staff wasn't rude, but they also weren't as friendly as I had expected during my first stop. My second round was excellent! Sam took hold quickly of the situation with the defective part. He immediately placed a phone call to get a replacement on its way to arrive only a couple of hours later. Had a breakdown on the first of the year, New Year's Day to be exact and me and my son were forced to walk about 3 miles. When we got there the staff helped me find what I needed made good suggestions and gave us a ride back to our vehicle when we were ready.
