their return and exchange is not great, refund takes longer if you won't follow-up.
They’ve bent over backwards for me on many occasions to get me parts from the city and suppliers over the years. Today for example, I needed parts back to back at the very last minute (literally). Marshall was quick to get the correct parts ready and wait for me to arrive just past closing (as it’s the weekend). Allowed me to compare the new to the old just to confirm. As an independent mechanic/ shop owner, this is the service I look for in a parts supplier. A+ all around.

Great store with exceptional customer service! They stayed open after hours for my dad to quickly pick up some parts that we needed. I would highly recommend this business.
Absolute joke of a place. Most expensive in town, and never have your parts in on time. Multiple times been told to come pick up part in the morning only to be told it's not actually there. Vehicle stuck on the hoist with no parts might as well have ordered the same part from RockAuto for a quarter of the price, would have been here quicker
