No matter when I go in this store, they do not have anything in stock. The young dark haired girl is unhelpful and doesn’t go out of her way to do anything. I don’t like to have her check me out, she’s not knowledgeable about anything within the store. She couldn’t even find my account when checking out. I will travel to Pocatello or Logan to get my parts from now on.
Glad to have a parts store in the area but if I have the time, I'd rather drive to Preston... Better prices and it seems like nearly everything I need, it has to be ordered and it's ALWAYS days out (even when they promise it will be there the next day)... That, and they rarely call you when they say they will. I know there isn't much for immediate competition in the area, but the service leaves much to be desired. Somehow, you leave with the impression you're an inconvenience and should be grateful they bothered...
Shout out to Trevor for going above and beyond with great service! Knowledgeable, polite,helped with parts list to repair a broken coolant hose on my Kenworth. Thank you,sir! Store was very well stocked and organized. All around they made an aggravating circumstance almost enjoyable.
