Very friendly staff, accommodating to the point they got what I was looking for off the shelf because I was unfamiliar with the store. Stopped there specifically because they had the cheapest price for what I needed.
OVER PRICED BY A LONG SHOT!!!! I was in a pinch so had to go here for a starter for a 2010 Tahoe 5.3. Long story short, Starter was $328 (remanufatured)out the door with core. ($49.50) by the way it takes 3 days to get your core back. Called O'Reilly, Auto Zone after I was all done putting the starter in and both of them had the starter at $124 (remanufatured) plus $15 core. I will never go to napa again for anything. I will drive an hour 45 minutes home and back before I give them another penny.
