Helpful staff that lended me a hand in a bad situation. Would have been stranded without their knowledge of the parts stores in the area and response. I appreciate them. Highly recommend.
Husband went in Saturday 6-15-2024, approx 10:30 ish to see if they had a specific part. . Response from employee was “not today, wouldn’t know where to start looking” Then when husband ask if employee could suggest where he could try, employee said “try the HARDWARE store”. What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE?? Husband found CARQUEST quickly checked and responded they had it.
