I was driving through town when my car started making an odd noise. It was a Sunday and there were no mechanic shops open. The man at Napa was so kind and went out of his way to try to help troubleshoot what could be causing the noise. He narrowed it down to a few potential causes, but ultimately gave me peace of mind to finish my road trip. I’m very grateful to him and the time he took to help me.
My cousin and I broke down 10 miles from Grangeville. Turned out her Kia burns through a ton of oil. We called Napa and Bo came out to rescue us. He brought the oil and didn't even charge for delivery! He even made sure we made it back to Napa so that we could pay for the oil. I am so impressed that this company would go above and beyond for someone in trouble. Thank you Bo and thank you Napa!
