Nice enough store but there is one guy I've spoken to several times on the phone who is very rude and condescending, but only acts this way over the phone and drops his attitude once you're in the store, which is even more insulting. As someone who resides around Port Orford, I encourage people in my area to shop through the Gold Beach Napa, that location does not have rude employees.
I am a 71 year old widow, renting a Cruise America RV, travelling the Oregon Coast with my dog. My right side mirror broke so I had no visual on that side. KENNY was so pleasant on the phone and in person. He referred me Baird Auto Repair where I arrived just before closing time. Caughlin fixed the mirror immediately. No waiting until the next day. I am very grateful and it all started with Kenny.
They had my parts I needed and the employees were friendly and helpful.
