Correct part not in display but was very quickly found in stock room. Fast, friendly service.
I bought a oil filter wrench for 18.99 it bent and became a pos that didn't work after use. Pot tin metal I suppose. Well I tried to return it , they treated me like moron and gave me a long line of why I should buy a 70 dollar wrench. I had spent around 100 bucks their already today and just have to to say amazon.com or harbor freight as they at least stand behind a lifetime warranty on their goods.
Nice enough store but there is one guy I've spoken to several times on the phone who is very rude and condescending, but only acts this way over the phone and drops his attitude once you're in the store, which is even more insulting. As someone who resides around Port Orford, I encourage people in my area to shop through the Gold Beach Napa, that location does not have rude employees.
