I have been in the globe store. Super a wast of my time. Horrible customer service Zero knowledge. Of parts or my needs. I sure hope. Our Napa stores on the mountain dont go to shit. We have the best people out there. Sad to hear about the change
I liked going here when it was Merle's Automotive Parts even though customer service wasn't exactly remotely interested if someone walked in. Now that's it's Napa prices have more than doubled, online orders even when showing in stock rarely ever are, hours are still incorrect for at least Saturday online the real hours are 8am-12 noon, and customer service has plummeted to almost non existence where asking for help seems like you're being annoying to anyone who may actually look up to acknowledge your presence.
