The patiently researched an unusual, hard to find part, found it, ordered it, and it was available for pickup in a short time. A very satisfactory experience.
I live in town and have been in many times because it's convenient. The last two times I've been in for bulbs for my car, the counter guy sold me the wrong ones. I work 2 jobs, I don't have time to run back and forth to the store for parts. I'll just have to go to Oneonta or order online for now on.
