Never coming to napa again. Came to buy a battery for my car. But when I asked for a jump or a jump box to get my car home to replace battery they said no, I instantly returned item. Its pretty sad ehat the world had become when a parts store that obviously knows you have a bad battery refuses to help you, because they are all lazy and rude people. Avoid this store if you have a choice
