Really disappointed with how poor service is here I swear only like 1 of the guys here has ever worked on a vehicle and even with that there costumer service is terrible I’ve had many poor interactions with them, including one time when I asked a question and the guy just rolled his eyes and answered with idk 🤷🏼♂️
Really bad service, the people there don't know what their talking about, I asked on of the guys their for 5w-30 full synthetic high mileage oil and he brought me 10w-30 low synthetic oil and I literally had to teach him what it all meant. And that's just one example. Then we ordered something for our AC in our car, and then we got to the napa shop and they said the driver forgot it in colville so we had to drive all the way to colville to pick it up our self's
The only place I'll go for my auto parts. Oh, did I mention I worked for NAPA for 14 yrs,
