Staff is always very kind in here. If they do not have the part, they can quickly get it for you. I prefer Napa over the other stores because of the quality of the parts they have.
Called up for a part...they had it and set it up front for me to come in and pick up. Quick n easy.
Great service. Friendly people.
Absolutely terrible service. All I needed was wiper blades and after waiting 15 min for a gentleman to get up and look for the ones I needed I said nevermind and told him to have a good day. He replied~ you too. lol Went to Autozone and they got me set up In 5 min and put my windshield wiper on. Talk about service.
