Customer service is hit or miss. There’s a guy who works there who’s always friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciate that. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. There’s a certain person at this NAPA location who honestly makes the entire shopping experience uncomfortable. It feels like she owns the place, maybe because she’s been working there for a long time, but that doesn’t excuse the attitude.
