Rude, uncooperative and uninformed. Refused to take core charge returns because we bought the parts online. They said they don't do that. We also packaged the cores in better boxes than they were delivered in because the original boxes we damaged in shipping, they had an issue with that as well. They were just generally rude and unhelpful. If you can avoid them -I would.
It was raining and my back was out. Bless this manager, she came out and put the windshield wipers on for me.
Called with a simple inquiry on arrival of a part. When ordering it said overnight, then after i paid it said 3 days. I called the store in the morning just to see what their system said. Guy answered right away nasty and combative. Gave corporate a call and reported to them, case has been opened. Ill stick eith o reileys from here on out. NAPA, this was a final straw, i will never walk into your stores again.
