They are always nice and have the parts you need in stock or within a couple hours
Rude and condescending store clerk. I was trying to get the spacers for a 1988 Ford F-150 starter. The clerk hands me a GM spacer set. When I asked if it is universal and would fit my truck I was told “I don’t know lady- I am not a mechanic” SERIOUSLY?? The tone and attitude was unwarranted and unacceptable. I left this particular store and went to AUTOZONE! Friendly and helpful! I have made a formal complaint with NAPA corporate. I will walk 5 miles to another store before I step foot in NAPA ever again!!
