We have been doing business with Napa for a long time and have always been treated well until today. The young lady who waited on me was very abrasive. It was not her fault that I didn't have all of the info that I needed to get what I was there for. But that is no excuse for her abrasive and insulting attitude she had toward me. Went to the Farmer’s Market in Frankfort and got in the car with a message about engine charging failure. Not good on Saturday of Labor Day weekend at 10:30am! Google search found only a few places to diagnose. Stopped in and they determined it was not the battery, but a dead alternator.
